Pre-Registration:   If you are interested in traveling on a future tour but the dates and price are not yet set, you may pre-register by paying a $250 completely refundable deposit. Once the dates and prices are firm you will be given the option to go ahead with your booking, or receive a full refund. Why do people pre-register? Because the tours sometimes fill up and by registering you have first option to confirm your seat.

Payment information

If you are booking at least 7 weeks prior to departure, only a deposit is required for the tour. If we are booking your flights we will determine what the airline payment schedule is and that deposit or full payment will also be due depending on the airline used and its payment schedule.

Cancellation and medical insurance will also be discussed.
